From Perception to Position, Power, and Prosperity: Strategic Personal Branding for Coaches
The greatest risk for coaches today isn’t AI – it’s our inability to articulate the true value of our work with clarity, objectivity, and confidence. This workshop helps professional coaches shift clients’ perception from seeing coaching as nice-to-have, too expensive, or AI-replaceable to recognizing it as a vital strategy for orientation, resilience, and hope in uncertain times. Together, we’ll explore trends shaping the perception of coaching, define how to position it as a core resilience tool, identify your profitable niche, and learn how to communicate with clarity and impact as a trusted thought leader. You’ll leave inspired, energized, and equipped with a clear action plan to elevate your personal brand and continue your transformative work with light, ease, and grace.

Exploring the landscape of climate coaching: hearing from pioneers and breaking new ground
This presentation, first delivered at the ICF Converge Summit in San Diego on October 25, 2025, explores Future Trends in Coaching. You’ll hear from 12 pioneers in Climate Change and Sustainability Coaching from around the world, each sharing their motivations, innovative approaches, and practical tips to help you stay ahead of the curve. The interactive session includes insights from a survey of 229 coaches, mostly members of the Climate Coaching Alliance. Addressing climate issues is urgent, important, and complex. Everyone has a perspective- and a role to play. So what is the role of the coaching profession? What is yours as a coach? Supported by the Climate Coaching Alliance, which is endorsed by 11 leading professional bodies, including the ICF, all signatories of its Joint Global Statement on Climate Change.
