Aida Chamiça é coach de gestores de topo desde 2003, MCC desde 2012 e ACTC desde a fase piloto. Linguista de base (LLM, Estudos Portugueses), fez carreira na consultoria de gestão, liderou equipas e integrou o comité executivo de uma grande multinacional como senior manager de change management em telecomunicações. Tem supervisão mensal e interessa-se particularmente pelos avanços da neurociência aplicada ao coaching. É autora de Break Heaven, coautora de dois livros e faculty no Curso de Coaching da Nova SBE. ​

Mark Fairley is a Managing Director at Team Dynamics Portugal & UK. 

After receiving a very ordinary qualification from a very ordinary university, he unbelievably & unwarrantedly rose to the level of being one of the youngest directors of a stockbroker firm on the London Traded Options Market in the 1980s. 

After launching and running that brokerage for 6 years and turning it to a profit, he ran away to Portugal set up this wonderfully enjoyable team training company which essentially helps teams do what he always did……to learn by doing!
