Marisa Lago de Carvalho

Marisa Lago de Carvalho is the Founder of Mind Bridges, a Professional Certified Coach, an Accredited member of the International Coaching Federation, and a Master in Neurolinguistic Programming.  

She is a member of the Portuguese Official Accountants chamber, and her Business Organization and Management background support her career of 20+ years of experience, working as a senior leader in the Oil & Gas, and Auditing and Consulting industries.  

She worked across the globe, in Africa and Europe regions with more than 20 different nationalities, specifically with Deloitte and BP British Petroleum.  

She led, recruited, and developed many teams and she taken senior leadership roles, where the complexity of the project and business were unseen. 

She is a curious and empathic human being, who loves to learn, travel, to meet new cultures and people, which led her to know more than 25 countries and live in both hemispheres. 

She believes that each person has the right to be free and make their own choices. Her career as a coach and mentor is her contribution to that.
