Entrepreneur, facilitator, team and executive coach with over 30 years of experience working with leaders in multinational companies. Executive coach for over 13 years, Madi earned multiple coaching, management & leadership certifications. MCC and ACTC certified consultant for Persona Global and PerformanSe, she has carried out projects in 14 European countries and obtained an MBA from Warwick University UK in 1991. A keen volunteer supporting various educational projects, Madi volunteers for ICF Romania since 2021 and she was President of ICF Romania Chartered Chapter between 2023 – 2024.
