She’s the president of Coaching and Artificial Intelligence task force and was vice/president of the Thought Leadership Institute (ICF Global). She founded and runs 2 coaching companies (Paris and New York). She coaches international executives and management teams, developing organizational change projects and leading large groups by leveraging collective intelligence.She founded Group Coaching Institute,a coaching school that blends individual, group and team coaching with innovative methodology.
