Shalini has a broad based, global HR experience and has spent recent years in the leadership development and learning areas. She helped scale professional coaching services within IBM in her previous role as the Professional Coaching Services Leader and has recently taken on the role of Vice President, Global Practice at Randstad RiseSmart with a focus on strengthening the coaching practice. She's passionate about using coaching to build equity in organizations, and creating insights to enable a cultural shift with coaching and empowerment thereby helping leaders have a powerful impact on people by being clear, compassionate and human.
