I am passionate about exploring new ways of unleashing humanity at work. Building on 20 years experience with tens of organizations, hundreds of coaching clients and tens of groups, I support people achieving more performance and fulfillment, through self-development:

I love co- designing and leading development processes that address business & people needs, through both individual / team and systemic evolution. I integrate different roles as senior team / individual coach, dialogue facilitator, and leadership development consultant.

I am trained in personal transformation facilitation, executive and team coaching, conflict mediation, voice dialogue facilitation, and business (MSc equivalent and MBA), which strengthens my ability to support leadership development in the business world.
