Damon Poole, ICF ACC and co-author of Professional Coaching for Agilists (Addison-Wesley), offers coaching and ICF-accredited training for tech professionals. He has coached thousands at companies like Capital One, Oanda, Ford, Perforce, and Fidelity. At Eliassen, he led an Agile Delivery team that grew to hundreds of Agile Coaches.
