I have 20+ years of experience in entrepreneurship and leadership in the manufacturing industries (i.e., turbines, paper machines, robots, battery and road marking systems, etc.). I coach in synergy with leadership, HR, teams, and workshop staff mostly in culturally diverse environments.

My vision is to coach for connection between all stakeholders. The goal is to encourage systems-collaborative thinking, which is the key to organizational thriving beyond individual growth. In addition, I place my practice on evidence base through my own engagement in research. I am aware that we need deep understanding of what works for clients’ eco-systems beyond some flights of fancy.

In 2021, I started running my ICF accredited coach training ‘integrative presence’ focusing on ‘coaching presence’ as a key coaching competence at mastery level. Furthermore, I have been appointed by the UN to supervise their internal coach pool covering both individual and systemic team coaching skills.

Most recently, I have been engaging in a coaching-for-social-impact initiative to support women in becoming more entrepreneurial in Kenya. In a collaborative effort with Mama Organisation (www.mama.or.ke) we will coach women at Mama and provide coach training for them to feel more empowered and entrepreneurial. Therefore, I produced a coaching documentary to collect the funds necessary for establishing this coaching and coach training program for Mama.

I hold a PhD in Business and Organizational Management, an Ashridge Master’s in Executive Coaching, a Master’s in Translation and Simultaneous Interpreting, and a Bachelor’s in Law. I am an Ashridge accredited Executive Coach, an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Senior Practitioner with EMCC, and an Ashridge accredited Coaching Supervisor. Apart from being an avid conference speaker, I published three scientific articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and professional coaching magazines (German and English) and have authored three books to date.

On a pro-bono basis, I have been co-lead with the ICF Global’s Coaching Science Community of Practice for 3 years now dedicated to promoting the relevance of coaching science for our practice.
