Ana Duarte Ribeiro

I’m passionate about helping people to use their strengths and what they enjoy doing to create meaning in their lives and help the world move forward. I do this by helping executives and teams gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives and act as a sounding board.

I have more than 30 years of experience working in the fields of organizational, leadership and career development. I’ve designed and delivered programs to improve personal, team and organizational effectiveness for more than 100 companies and done more than 2000 hours of coaching. In my diverse experience, I’ve worked across all levels of the organizations, from the shop floor to the Board, and with many diverse industries such as retail, banking, pharmaceuticals, automotive, consulting, chemical, FMCG amongst others.

At Catolica Lisbon, I progressed from leading a team of individual contributors to leading five managers, leading two functions of the organization (2003-2016) and getting a seat at the Board table (2008-2016). The experience acquired in these roles has proven invaluable to my current work as a Senior Executive Coach working with Board members, Managements Teams, Senior Executives and High Flyers.
